Program Description

Chroma sends SMS text messages to event guests who have registered for an event through an event planner using Chroma. Messages include event logistics, schedule updates, reminders, and responses to guest questions.

Consent

By providing your phone number when registering for an event, you consent to receive SMS messages from Chroma related to that event.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by event and guest activity.

Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscription. You will no longer receive messages from this program. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time.

Guest Contact Information and Consent

By uploading, importing, or otherwise providing phone numbers of event guests or contacts ("Guest Contacts") to Chroma, you ("Host") represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained the express consent of each Guest Contact to receive SMS/text messages related to the applicable event through Chroma;
• You have the legal right to share each Guest Contact's phone number with Chroma for this purpose;
• You will not upload or import phone numbers for any individual who has not agreed to receive event-related text messages;
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any consent attestation made at the time of upload or import.

Chroma relies on these representations in providing SMS messaging services on your behalf. You agree to indemnify and hold Chroma harmless from any claims, penalties, or carrier actions arising from Guest Contacts who were uploaded without proper consent.

Chroma reserves the right to suspend or terminate messaging services to any Host found to be in violation of this section, including uploading contacts without valid consent.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
