Why we built this
and why it matters.
I've spent years watching people pour everything into creating incredible experiences ... from intimate popup dinners and weekend retreats to large group trips and brand activations.
The planning is meticulous. The details are perfect. And then the moment logistics kick in, everything falls apart. A doc or email nobody reads. A group chat that becomes a wall of noise. A host fielding the same question forty times.
I kept seeing the same thing play out. Incredible experiences, thoughtful hosts, excited guests. And then complete chaos the moment communication kicked in.
The idea came from something deceptively simple: flying.
Think about the last time you took a flight. You didn't have to chase down your gate information. You didn't have to text the airline asking what time boarding started. You just got a text.
The right information, at the right moment, without asking. It felt effortless because it was. United didn't invent magic. They just figured out that proactive, timed communication makes people feel taken care of.
The standard
That's exactly what your guests deserve.
Not an email. Not a group chat. A text that arrives thirty minutes before dinner telling them where to go and what to bring. A text the morning of the hike with the meetup spot and what to wear.
The kind of communication that makes guests feel like everything is handled because it is.
We handle the updates. You show up.
Chroma is that layer. You drop in your agenda, we create suggested texts, and your guests get flight-style updates throughout your entire trip or event.
No app to download. No group chat to manage. Just the right message at the right moment, every time.
The best hosts shouldn't spend their time answering logistics questions or miss conversations during events to figure out logistics. They should be present for the experiences they worked so hard to create.
That's the whole idea.
